Actually, that is not correct. Lactic acid buildup along with stressing the
muscles is what causes one to become sore.... I use perfect form and get
sore all the time, especially on heavy days. You can't get stronger unless
you stress the muscles and then let them heal; getting sore is just part of
the game.
