Both products are made by DLink. I am sure the key is correct because I have tried repeatedly to enter it (After a hundred entries, it should have been entered correctly at least once). I have been using the network unsecured because I could not get this to work. The paranoia bug has struck so I decided to try to get it tightened up again.
