I don't want the govt to ban or filter anything. I want the govt to allow ISPs to filter virus-related traffic, but not content. I say the ISPs because they are generally much smarter than the govt regarding what actually needs to be banned.

If you think about it in a way that makes people responsible for the upbringing of their own children, it is a great business opportunity for AOL/Earthlink, etc!
