Howie, I see wht you're saying about the SPORN (is this a word?), but you have taken measures to make sure your child is safe. If more parents were like you, Americans probably wouldn't be asking for this.
Mind you, I agree that better measures should be taken to rid/reduce the amount of SPAM out there. But I think it is our job as recipients of harmful/annoying content to pressure ISP's to tackle the problem, not the Feds.
