I really meant the more "modern" days of the Internet. Mind you, I don't think we lack the expertise, I think we lack the solidarity to make a decision that will please everyone. Any regulation by the gov't opens the doors for inerest groups to further restrict content. TV is a great example, IMO. And that scares me.
