Wow. Very nurturing and supportive work environment, at least as far as this
guy goes.

I cannot think of anything (short of breathing, eating, you know, staying
alive) than my son (or your daughter).

I have a plan. Tell me where the SOB parks, I will kneecap him. No questions
asked. Baseball bat, footsteps, get's near car. BAM!!!

Also, I am management (sorry). So, it stands to reason, I can say, "Vinny,
go ahead and take a week..., no make that a month, off, all expenses. No,
no, I know what you are going to say Vinny. No, don't EVEN worry about
checking email, the servers, whatever. I know, I know, we'll take care of
it, you're worth it. And here is that $10K bonus we talked about. Go buy a
pony (or horse) for your daughter. After all, her happiness is the most
important thing in the world to all of us."
