If I where a juror on this case, it would come down to exactly the language used by the radio station/DJ to promote this. If they had intentionally played it as a cash prize, then I would lean toward at least something for the plaintiff. If they had given reasonable clues that it was not a cash prize, I would probably lean toward the defendant.
