As stupid as people appear to be these days when it comes to lawsuits .... I'm on the side of the woman in this case. I know many people who have never heard of a "100 Grand" candy bar. Granted the promises to her kids are a little silly perhaps - but hey, we don't know the mentality of this woman or what her circumstances are either.
She'll get a settlement of some sort out of it, more than likely. Th DJ is showing some guilt in the prank by not even working for the radio station any more.
