Now, hold on there..... I didn't say it was a dictatorship. My problem
is that for the most part, I don't _care enough_ to get all riled up.
If someone asks for a house, so be it. If someone sends an email to  a
poster that says, "get a job" said poster should get a thicker skin
and use the delete key.

Of course, I am overruled by my fellow mods, and all sorts of "You
will be put on moderation!" warnings get sent out. I'm a very hands
off mod, for the most part. I send little reminders to individuals
that do stupid shit (posting in all caps, asking for the same thing
three times in one day, etc.) But, I've yet to give a moderation
threat.
