As for the children killed by an Israeli bomb, I saw it in a number of places for days including things like Israel apologizing for it, showing regret, admitting that it was set for terrorists who used the area to launch mortars, etc. I've never seen any sorrow or apologies from the PA. Israel has tried again and again to raise the standards in the refuge camps or move the people out to better places. Most just don't want to be Israeli citizens. ok, that's cool. But whenever Israel went to fix things the militants chased them off. The reasons the refuge camps still exist isn't because of Israel. It's because of their own people. Look at the laws against palestinians in lebanon. Look at how they're treated in egypt. There's always news stories about Israel destroying an illegal building but when egypt razed an entire camp, nothing. Their own brothers treat them like garbage, including kicking them out of kuwait after the gulf war. And what about the UN, who has helped every other refuge group. Before you go blaiming israel (which they deserve to a degree) start looking at who else is keeping the situation the way it is.
