I was actually considering this first... but it's not my house.

I don't think that my landlord would have a problem with it however.  I've
done some basic wiring in here already (replacing bathroom sconces,
installing ceiling fans and the like).

I was just hoping that it wouldn't turn into a "project".  ;^)

But right now my apartment is 102 degrees (with 90% humidity) so I'm
thinking a project may not be such a bad thing.
