Ok..I see the problem here. You are fixated on the fact that children are killed and this seems to be preventing you from analysing the concepts involved here.
When someone encourages children to go into harms way with bullets flying, tanks rolling and general chaos and mayhem they increase the chances of the child being killed, yes? Even if soldiers don't mean for the children to be killed? Like the guy and his son that both got shot and it was captured on television..with bullets zinging past them as Palestinians tried to kill the Israeli soldiers and the israeli's fought back. Caught in the crossfire. Murder? Tragedy yes..Murder? No. Ok..its wrong that children were killed on either side. Terrible thing.
