Let's not minimize what 'rock throwing' is all about. When people stand on overpasses, and hurl rocks at cars that pass by on the road below.... that is attempted murder....... sometimes unfortunately they do succeed and it's actual murder.
See how much control YOU can maintain over a car when a rock comes flying through your windshield. I know people killed on that road by 'rock throwers'.
