The whole thing is a big non-story that has been blown out of proportion by a Bush-hating Washington press corp (whose own news organizations, ironically, are arguing on Rove's behalf that no crime was committed) and the Rove-haters in the Democratic Party who see KR as largely responsible for two ignomius Dem.
