Did watch the video. He seemed stunned, and lost for a few moments.As though he did not have a clue what to do, that was the expression, or it could have been good PR training that kept his face emotionless while his mind raced through different possibilities and responses.
We don't know exactly what he was told, we don't know what his responses were. To me it's a silly quibble that people have with 9-11 which doesn't really mean a thing.
