What a good analogy.

Strange that when things go horribly wrong in a company, something of
this magnitude, it's ultimately the CEO's responsibility.

So maybe you picked an incorrect analogy to try to bolster your claim
that Bush is not ultimately responsible in this disaster.

Bush has even more power than your average CEO, since 9/11. And so
does his board of Executives.
