Okay, here's the deal on Twinings Lemon & Ginger Herb Tea as an iced tea.
I prepared a double-strength cup (two packets) and steeped for a full five minutes, then mixed in three tablespoons of simple syrup (standard 2:1 ratio) and poured it over a full tumbler of ice to cool it down. The result is very light and quite pleasant, but of course being iced you get much less of the fragrance, which further means you lose a good bit of the flavor. So it's nice iced, but better hot.
