Huh?  Could be.  I guess the point I was trying to make was that many
"chronic" minimum wage earners don't understand how to increase their
value in the marketplace and so constantly make bad choices.

For example, Dana mentioned that many MW earners have kids and don't
have time for self-help.  Yet there's perfect example of bad choices. 
Typically you don't expect someone in this position to suddenly start
making good choices even if they have the other pre-reqs to do it.

Thus my choices list.  By showing that most MW earners would pick the
wrong choice you're revealed the problem and the key to the solution.
