Just trying figure out where you stand. You're very worried about taking care of people, but it doesn't seem as if you've fully considered the ramifications of paying people what they've not earned. BTW - Worrying about people's careers is conservative, not liberal! Paying someone a wage the market doesn't support is a waste of both vital resources: labor and capital. And, as every good capitalist knows, "waste impoverishes us all". I'd like to see a win-win: the people get the skills they need to earn more than minimum wage, and society gets a labor resource worth paying for. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~| Discover CFTicket - The leading ColdFusion Help Desk and Trouble Ticket application http://www.houseoffusion.com/banners/view.cfm?bannerid=48 Message: http://www.houseoffusion.com/lists.cfm/link=i:5:175892 Archives: http://www.houseoffusion.com/cf_lists/threads.cfm/5 Subscription: http://www.houseoffusion.com/lists.cfm/link=s:5 Unsubscribe: http://www.houseoffusion.com/cf_lists/unsubscribe.cfm?user=89.70.5 Donations & Support: http://www.houseoffusion.com/tiny.cfm/54
