I remember the days when they developed the technology and then showed it oof after it worked.
Think of every time A rocket exploded, a test plane crashed, or things just didn't work. You have to start small. Sure it was easy this time. If you consider launching a missile that detects and attacks a single missile easy. I for one think that would be pretty hard to do. And if they have gotten this far, they can go farther. If people gave up every time something didn't work right this industry wouldn't be around. Things take time. Especially when you are talking about developing a system to track and launch missiles against a target that is moving very fast and is much harder to track than any airplane.
