If they are taking federal or local dollars, then they need to be
subject to the same requirements and restrictions that public schools
are.

Otherwise we should just cancel the need for any school to follow any
guidelines.

If some schools must, all schools must. If some schools don't, all
schools don't.

It is only fair.
