Private schools should receive no government funding.

Public schools are failing nationwide because of the failure of parents and 
the resulting apathy of their children. Involved parents create energetic 
children which leads to invigorated teachers......The public schools can't 
be fixed from the top-down...only from the bottom-up.

Public schools fail because they are a reflection of a failed public.
