Well I (obviously) don't live on the mountain... Hehe! And I live about 500 kilometres (4.5 hour drive) from them... So definitely visiting distance, but there would have to be a LOT of mud... ;)
My mother lives on the Island out in BC... And it's gorgeous. Her backyard opens up to the ocean and she can ride her motorcycle year-round (I just parked mine for the season).
