I don't know if I agree with likeable.  They certainly will not be 
better, that's for sure.  They're not going to get anything for Damon, 
since he's a free agent, and Manny's contract is so big, they'd mos 
likely have to just dump him and move on, cause no one is going to pay 
him what his contract dictates.

JD is very well liked in my opinion.  He's a good guy, not sure why you 
don't like him.  Manny, well, I bet you'd find that as much bitching 
that Boston fans do about him, he's still a "character" on the team. 
He's just a goofy laid back guy, which rubs some the wrong way, but as a 
whole, he produces runs, and that's what this team is all about.  It 
certainly isn't pitching.  :)

I didn't know that they all were from KC, but that is interesting.  Why 
did they get traded away?  Bad management?  See where I'm going with 
this one?  ha ha!
