If your point is that Mr. Bush acted on faulty intelligence then it follows that the CIA (and the NSA etc) should be severely punished and the invasion of Iraq was a mistake (due to the faulty intelligence). If you still think it was the right thing to do ... why? For nation building? That is, you disagree with Mr. Bush on this point (from his 2000 election)?
