Yes. Their own nukes with no investigation by the Security council, no official declaration of Nuclear Arms and no oversight by the nuclear weapons agencies.
They break every single law in the world with regards Nuclear Arms. If they have them of course. *chuckle* No one knows, and strangely no one complains. A free press that threatened to release transcripts between pilot and control tower if the Iranian government even hinted at covering up what happened in the latest plane crash there?
