How is it yelling fire to say (and again, I don't know _exactly_ what she said, but this is how I remember the article):
"Yes, I understand the policy. I could have a bomb, so, you need me to travel _with_ my luggage. Ok." I mean, it's like asking the person "Do you ask me if I packed my own luggage because it's possible someone put a bomb in it?"
