Note: this isn't based on anything other than my own conjecture,
extrapolation and opinion.

This assumes three things:

1) There is some kind of supreme being.

2) This supreme being placed all of creation into motion some several
billion millennia ago

3) This supreme being left clues to how things work for us to discover

I've never understood why science and religion have to be at odds. I see
science as the discovery of God's design.

We were given a brain and curiosity for a reason. By seeing the logic and
order (even in chaos) in which the universe functions,

it proves that there is a higher power at work, by proving that evolution is
true, we would be discovering the forethought put into the design by

God, by mapping the human genome we see the logic in our own structure,
again seeing a higher power at work.

The more we discover and explore, the more we understand the design, the
closer we come to God's purpose.

Science is the miracle, there is no need to teach ID, except in theology
classes

By teaching science, we teach curiosity. Discovering how our universe works,
gives us purpose.

This may makes sense to only me.. And the massive amounts of cold medicine
I'm on..
