Jan 9-14
13.5 miles running
15.5 walking

Jan 16-18 (took off 19-21 for personal stuff)
5 miles running
11 walking

This week so far: 
Mon: 2 miles running / 2.5 walking
Tues: 1.5 miles / 2.5 walking
Wed: 3.25 miles / 2.5 walking

The 3.25 running today felt really good. I've been keeping a pace of 4.5
- 5.0 now. Still doing weights.
Another couple of weeks where I can do a steady 3 a day and I'll start
an incline.

Have also lost another 10.5 lbs for a total of 90.5. Getting there! :D
