I think the thing is, that if they were given a psychiatric evaluation maybe a high percentage of these people would not be found to be 100% mentally stable or fit. This happens a lot in depressed individuals. Is it possible through environment to have hundreds of members of a particular population being manic depressive etc. as a Group? So not an individual here, an indivudal there...but what would happen if you put..say..30 manic depressives together?
