Oh cool, so just about another month! You'll make it just fine!!! :D
What is the average time for this tri that you want to do? Is that
something you aim for?

I gotcha on the pace thing. Makes sense. I just did 3 miles in 48
minutes. Felt pretty good. My legs no longer hurt anymore whilst
running. I used to get a bit of an ache, and now nothing. Not even
afterwards. I did 5.0 for a while. And yeah, it's the breathing that
gets hard. Legs are fine - keeping that air around is a b*tch. I do my
weights afterwards as well. It's probably a more aggressive workout than
I realize.

Off to the showers ...

Cheers,
Erika

##| The tri is March 11th and the distance for that is 400 yard
##| swim/5 mile bike/2 mile run. I don't really have a goal in
##| terms of time for it, as I'm not sure what's realistic.
##| But, I'm feeling more confident now after doing these last
##| couple of bricks.
