Haven't done this in 2 weeks ... Feb 5-11 -------- 5: Off 6: 3 miles running, .5 walking 7: 3 miles running, .5 walking 8: Off 9: 3 miles running, .5 walking 10: Off 11: 3 miles running, .5 walking
Feb 12-18 --------- 12: off 13: off 14: 1.5 miles running, .5 walking 15: 2 miles running, .5 walking 16: 2 miles running, .5 walking 17: 3 miles running, .5 walking 18: off This week --------- Feb 20: 2.5 miles running, .5 walking Feb 21: 4 miles running, .25 walking Feb 22: 2 miles running, .5 walking Weight wise I've been the same for a couple weeks. Clothes are looser though, so I think it's been a trade of fat and inches for muscle, so I'm not complaining, especially considering how many days I took off. I also do a lot of weights, and some of the off days I did weights instead of running. I really hurt my left thigh somehow, although I think it's just a pinched nerve which I have had before years ago. Hurts when I first get up, doesn't hurt all the time too bad when I am actually running. But the days it really did hurt I had to take off. This week seems to be going ok. I won't push it too too hard, but I'm sure I can get mileage in for the rest of the week.
