Feb 22: 2 miles running, .5 walking

Weight wise I've been the same for a couple weeks. Clothes are looser
though, so I think it's been a trade of fat and inches for muscle, so
I'm not complaining, especially considering how many days I took off. I
also do a lot of weights, and some of the off days I did weights instead
of running.

I really hurt my left thigh somehow, although I think it's just a
pinched nerve which I have had before years ago. Hurts when I first get
up, doesn't hurt all the time too bad when I am actually running. But
the days it really did hurt I had to take off. This week seems to be
going ok. I won't push it too too hard, but I'm sure I can get mileage
in for the rest of the week.
