Yes! It feels deep in my outer though, hurts when I step off my foot
going forward at a walk. When I do deep stretches, it feels better. It
doesn't hurt when I am running though, which is really weird. I used to
have problems with my sciatic <sp?> nerve, and had a regime of stretches
I had to use for it, so that's what I thought was the problem... Now
where's these stretches for the IT band???!!!! :D

Sounds like you are looking forward to the training! That's awesome.
Don't worry about slacking, we all need crash time! :D I would love to
root you on in person for this event ... Hope there will be someone
there to take pictures!!!

I'm hunkering down and putting mileage in for the next 2 weeks despite
the pain. I'm even taking a week off alcohol to see how that affects my
routine. LOL! I've been going out at night a lot lately with friends to
blow off some stress. I also have a trip to California on March 11-12,
and I'd like to lose a few more pounds for it.

So today I have 3 miles in my head to do no matter what.

Cheers,
Erika
