Hey Erika - where does it hurt? It could be your IT band - which is an
insanely common injury for a runner. Is it the outside of your thigh? If so,
there's some great stretches and stuff you can do to help.

Next week I start my actual training for the spring distance tri in June. 5
days of week of regimented timed workouts. I'm psyched. This week I've
slacked off. Work stress caught up with me and I sort of crashed. I walked a
couple of miles on Tuesday and that's all I've done this week - though I am
going to swim again today. I'm still okay for the tri on the 11th, though, I
think.
