Interesting, confessions under the influence of narcotics are not admissible
in court. Considering that he was drugged and being interviewed by a
potentially hostile questioner, I am surprised that Walker did not say a lot
more. Additionally, given a motivated interrogator, its relatively easy to
get the individual while under the influence of narcotics and other drugs to
say almost anything. You don't even need drugs, just a semi willing person
in a relaxed atmosphere and a few leading questions. That was a substantial
reason for the so-called recovered memory controversy of a few years ago.
