Well, against popular advice, yes I am a bad girl, I ran 3 miles :)

I did some of the stretches from the site I found and took an extra long
time doing them, when I was done I walked a bit and didn't feel
anything, so I did my run and it felt good all the way through.
Afterwards I re-did all the stretches and then some, and it still feels
good after a shower and lunch. :)

So I'll keep stretching it out between now and tomorrow and see how I
feel. If it hurts as bad as it did earlier this week, I'll rest it
again. I did rest for several days last week and the week before ...
I'll be careful. I promise!!!

I'm just so stubborn ....
