"Political system" is a pretty open-ended phrase...it encompasses economic systems, governing philosophies, foreign and domestic policies, taxation, social systems...on and on.
In this context, Robert was discussing the economics of Venezuela, specifically the redistribution of wealth....a wholly socialistic concept. It's splitting hairs and not at all valid to try and invalidate his opinion because he didn't spend 5 minutes narrowly definining what "communism" is. > Communism is not a political system?
