I have heard about freakonomics, the author was on the Daily Show. I'm not saying that the constituion says to regulate safety or even that laws are supposed to regulate safety. I don't believe in seat belt laws. I think if you don't want to have your seat belt on then you shouldn't have to. It doesn't hurt anyone else. My example may have been a poor one, but I was only trying to show that someone's ability to live shouldn't supersede someone else's ability to live.
