Yes, Gruss, it IS their fault. They made a conscious shoice to BREAK the law. They need to be willing to take the consequences of their choice.
They can bitch and moan all they want that it is unfair to ENFORCE the law, but, truthfully, it is unfair to all the legal immigrants to NOT enforce the law. Enforce the law. Or take it off the books. Do not leave the law and not enforce it. If, as you think, our economy cannot function without them, then the general public will bitch and moan, and the laws will get changed.
