Wow, I've never seen such one sided thinking. Blaming neo-cons for all the bad in America is the same as saying everything is Bush's fault. It hides the truth under a popular (and false) idea. EVERY political party uses pork. EVERY branch of government has it's form of pork. Even those who don't want to use it use it because they don't want their city/state/whatever going without. Now here's a great task.
