And I think the average Afghan isn't afraid of retribution like the Iraqis
are.

Afghanistan isn't in the public eye, its more rugged and harder for the
insurgents to fight. We can drop a bunker buster or a daisy cuter on a
mountain cave and come in with troops to clean up the mess.

We can't do that on the streets of Iraq.
