What really bothers me is that he's going to become the poster child for
'motorcycles are dangerous'. 

The man was riding a Hayabusa --one of the fastest street legal motorcycles
out there... WITHOUT A HELMET.  

I'd love to know what he was wearing too... Ie. Appropriate gear otherwise.

I'm sorry the guy got hurt... But seriously... It's like somebody being
thrown from their vehicle in an accident and they're not wearing their
seatbelt.
