You are probably right, they probably don't have a little man in an office
reading the email. They have data mining systems reading it, cataloging it,
and doing other things with it.

When I was at an ISP we couldn't read other users email, it was strictly
forbidden, and the security was setup as such.

Sure somebody could go in and change the security, read the email, and go
back, but that stuff is logged, so you'd know who did it.
