You ever hear the phrase, "To be the champ you have to beat the champ"? That is the problem the Democrats face. They have to come up with winning ideas in order to unseat the incumbents. Otherwise they are just counting on the incompetence of the Republicans. Counting on your opponents to fail is hardly a winning strategy, as the new polls show.
