Well my point would be that this is not a matter of opinion or faith.

In my opinion, you don't put a kid in harm's way because you "feel"
it'll work out.  You do it because the preponderance of facts say it
will.

In this case a preponderance of facts say it hasn't worked out and
there is a more than reasonable set of facts that say it won't in the
future.

If you have a set a facts that says different, fine.  But you don't.
So unless this administration can come up with one, it's time to go.
