If you listen to his speech in context it's crystal clear that he was
trying to say that Bush was intellectually lazy (didn't "make the most
of" his education) and so made the dumb decision, and ongoing dumb
decisions, that have gotten him stuck in Iraq.

Comparatively, Bush has clearly said he never stops thinking of ways
to attack America and yesterday during a stump speech he said the only
way to win in Iraq was to cut and run.  They're mistakes.

Maybe the MOST ironic thing is that attacking Kerry implies that we
expect more from Kerry but less from Bush.  Maybe subconsciously that
means Kerry attacks think he would've made a better President.
