The issue may not be anxiety, is it possible someone or something is
agitating the dog? I neighbors child or another dog for instance?

We have problems with our neighbors dogs bothering our dogs causing them all
to bark.

Early this morning at around 3:30 our neighbors dogs started barking which
set our dogs off.

You also might setup a web cam in your back yard and try to find out what
the dog is barking at.
