I'd never trust my neighbor (and he's a good friend of mine) to discipline
my dog.  Just way too much that could go wrong there without the supervision
of me.  But hey, that's me.  

I guess that there are a lot worse things that happen to other dogs every
day.

I am a firm believer that anyone who gets to touch that freakin' button on
the "zapper" should have to experience it firsthand before they get to
administer it.  If it's "not so bad", then they should have no problem with
it.
