Holy crap!! We agree on every point! Overall I'd say the Republican control was a good thing. It would've been certain to head into tree hugger gov't nanny mode if the dems would've had control. And I almost wouldn't blame the Republicans for the 'cons', I'd blame the neo-conservatives that took over the Republican party. This could bode very well for centrists because we've ended the debate on big gov't in my opinion and now have competition on fiscal sanity from both parties.
