just to follow up, what I see as the take-home on this is not that people shouldn't take classes online but rather that there is good reason to be wary of enrolling at schools widely known to rely on adult education models such as online and saturday classes. But state schools for instance almost always have online classes anymore, and you really have to be in the know to tell the difference on a transcript between a classroom class or an online class.
